3 Rices developed the new digitaleducation.hk platform for Hong Kong Education City (EdCity), transforming it into a scalable digital ecosystem that supports both Digital Education Week 2026 and ongoing educational initiatives. The solution was built to accommodate a large volume of multilingual content, events, and resources while maintaining excellent performance and usability.
