Introduction

Our team worked with Philips and Flare Communication, a marketing agency, to design and develop a campaign website called “Every Moment Ready.” The objective of the campaign was to promote Philips’ new product, the Lumea IPL9000 Series IPL hair removal device.

Solutions

To achieve this, we designed the website with a focus on user engagement and education. We incorporated real customer cases and KOL photos from Instagram, providing a visual representation of the product’s effectiveness. The website also featured detailed product information and a Q&A section to address potential customer concerns.

In addition, we developed an artificial intelligence chatbot that offered interested customers an interactive way to learn more about the product. This campaign website successfully helped Philips to promote their new product and increase brand awareness.
